Nick Cannon once again makes it clear that he still considers Mariah Carey to be his ultimate woman! After previously admitting that he’d tie the knot with her again despite not even believing in marriage, Nick now reveals their previous marriage was actually great!
As fans remember, the two were married from 2008 to 2016 and they also share twins Monroe and Moroccan together.
While chatting with HollywoodLife, Nick got candid about that time and he had nothing but good things to say!
He even gushed that nothing can really compare with their marriage as far as he is concerned – it was pretty damn perfect!
‘I would never get married again because the one that I was in, the only one that I ever did was a great experience so, ain’t nothing topping that,’ the man shared with the news outlet.
He also went on to rave about how well they are doing as co-parents!
‘I think we’re better off as co-parents to our children. You put your children first. No fault in that. It’s working well.’
It sounds like the exes are getting along and everything is harmonious between them despite no longer being a couple!
But Nick’s positive words about his ex and their post-breakup relationship are not so surprising given the fact that he previously admitted he’d marry her again if she wanted him to.
While a guest on T.I.’s podcast, ExpediTIously back in September, he told the host what he’d previously also said on the Ellen DeGeneres Show!

‘Honestly, I said I would probably never get married again because I’m still working on myself and trying to become a better man. That’s what I said. But if I had to, I already know what that is like; I’d go back home first before I had to do it all again. You know Mariah, she is fine and happy.
